Field Engineer

About the Role

This is a Full-Time opportunity for a Field Engineer focusing on ground-up commercial construction. The role offers career growth and the chance to learn from an industry-leading General Contractor. Applicants must currently live in Arizona and be authorized to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with layout, surveying, and project documentation
• Support quality assurance and ensure field compliance with plans and specifications
• Maintain accurate logs, drawings, and daily field documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Help drive schedule adherence and field productivity
• Learn best-in-class processes with a path to higher project engineering and management roles

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience or internships in commercial construction preferred
• Must be comfortable working in the Field and working with the Project Manager and Superintendent in managing projects
• Must be local to Arizona and have worked in AZ Construction
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A desire to grow within a reputable GC known for promoting talent from within
• Good tenure; professionals who are committed, reliable, and invested in long-term career development are valued
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience) is a plus

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is NOT available for this role.
• Must currently live in Arizona. Relocation is not offered.
