About the Role

SH Holz & Modulbau GmbH is seeking individuals for a Dual Study program in Civil Engineering (B.A.) (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Contribution to technical, conceptual, and organizational aspects of construction projects.
• Leadership of smaller construction projects under the guidance of an experienced colleague.
• Active participation in construction cost calculation, project management, and contract negotiations.
• Acquisition of knowledge in product technologies, manufacturing and assembly techniques, building physics, and statics.
• Application of theoretical knowledge within the team and development of optimization suggestions.
• Coordination of internal processes while considering customer wishes.

Qualifications

• General university entrance qualification (Allgemeine Hochschulreife), university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife), or a comparable qualification.
• Enthusiasm for construction processes in timber module construction and their implementation.
• Responsibility, goal-orientation, and interest in the construction industry.
• High degree of motivation, self-reliance, and flexibility.
• Strong communication skills and quick comprehension.
• Technical understanding and proficient use of MS Office.
