About the Role
The Fire & Safety professional is responsible for monitoring fire protection systems, conducting safety inspections, checking fire extinguishers and hydrant systems, monitoring fire pumps and FM-200 systems, ensuring PPE compliance, identifying hazards, supporting HIRA activities, conducting toolbox talks, and assisting with emergency mock drills and evacuation procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor fire protection systems.
- Conduct safety inspections.
- Check fire extinguishers and hydrant systems.
- Monitor fire pumps and FM-200 systems.
- Ensure PPE compliance.
- Identify hazards.
- Support HIRA activities.
- Conduct toolbox talks.
- Assist with emergency mock drills and evacuation procedures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Diploma in Fire & Safety.
- Knowledge of fire prevention and firefighting equipment.
- Understanding of HIRA, PPE compliance, and emergency response.
- Ability to perform daily and monthly safety inspections.
