Civil Engineer

About the Role

MAAC CONSULTING ENGINEERS is seeking a Civil Engineer to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a full-time capacity. This role involves contributing to the planning, design, and review of civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze civil engineering designs for roads, drainage, site development, and related infrastructure.
• Assist with stormwater management layouts and reports.
• Coordinate with senior engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Review drawings and technical documents.
• Ensure designs comply with local codes and standards.
• Visit project sites for data collection and inspections.
• Prepare technical documentation and calculations.
• Support project scheduling and resource planning.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design issues and support successful project delivery.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills.
• Experience applying engineering principles to practical field and office tasks.
• Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management.
• Familiarity with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent).
• Basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Delhi and conduct field visits.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability to project-based timelines and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Prior internship or professional experience in consulting or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
