About the Role
The Analyst Trainee is part of an Advance Hire Analyst Training Program, receiving real-world hands-on experience with the goal of career advancement within 12-24 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Support issue resolution.
- Manage projects.
- Prepare reports.
- Analyze data using project management and Agile principles.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Formally present information to stakeholders.
- Foster problem resolution, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
- Develop strategic problem-solving, quantitative analytics, and communication skills.
- Effectively support projects and teams to produce desired results.
- Develop and improve departmental workflows, business processes, and standard policies.
- Produce routine and non-routine reports, presentations, letters, communications, and graphics.
- Foster problem resolution capabilities.
- Scope operational feasibility.
- Lead implementation efforts.
- Monitor the success of new initiatives.
- Interface with both internal and external areas to resolve problems and capture business requirements.
- Provide support with design, development, modification, testing, implementation, and maintenance of assigned systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
- One (1) year of customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good analytical, organizational, problem solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions within the scope of responsibility where operational guidelines/procedures are non-existent.
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
- General understanding of project management and/or Agile delivery process.
Departmental Preferences
- Strong Technical Skills is preferred.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and Macros is preferred.
- Experience with Generative AI is preferred.
