About the Role
The NCW Recruiting Rotational Program (ROOT) is a 12-month program offering a hands-on introduction to the construction and industrial staffing industry. It is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals, providing real-world experience, professional development, and exposure to multiple areas of the business. The program is designed to prepare participants for a full-time role on one of NCW's recruiting teams.
Structured Role Rotation
Participants will rotate through multiple teams and verticals to gain a comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruiting across NCW’s business units. Assignments are structured to align with individual growth and company needs.
Your Work Will Have Purpose
- Work directly on live job orders.
- Cold call and screen candidates.
- Review resumes and manage job postings.
- Complete a comprehensive training curriculum.
- Track progress and performance with regular check-ins and structured metrics.
Support System
Throughout the program, participants will be supported by:
- Talent Acquisition Team
- Development Director
- SRU Manager
- Executive Team Members
Career Path
At the end of the 12-month program, performance will be evaluated. Based on performance, participants will transition into a full-time revenue-generating position within NCW, gaining industry-specific expertise and clarity on their next career step.
