Key Responsibilities

• Manage hiring activities for the trainee program, from sourcing to joining.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand trainee workforce needs.
• Plan and track trainee selection schedules to ensure timely hiring.
• Maintain accurate candidate and trainee records for easy follow-up.
• Verify hiring documents and program records for completeness.
• Update compliance trackers for trainee hiring activities.
• Work with internal teams to resolve document and process gaps.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and compliance status.

Qualifications

• Experience handling hiring processes and candidate coordination.
• Knowledge of trainee program administration.
• Confidence in maintaining recruitment and compliance records.
• Ability to manage hiring schedules and follow up on actions.
• Comfort working with HR teams and hiring stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail when checking documents and trackers.
