About the Role

At Multipl, we are changing how India saves and grows its money through our Higher Yield Saving Account, a smarter way to earn more on every rupee while saving for life's big spends. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first voice our users hear, guiding them through the power of Spendvesting and helping them unlock better returns.

• Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
• Working Days: 6 Days / Week (onsite)
• Week Off: Roster Based

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Support: Engage users who have downloaded the app, answer their questions, and help them set up their savings goals seamlessly.
• Outbound Outreach: Connect with potential users to explain the benefits of Multipl's Higher Yield Savings Account and how it compares with traditional savings options.
• Expert Consulting: Act as an expert, guide users in planning goals like travel, electronics, or weddings while maximizing their returns.
• Product Feedback: Capture and relay user insights to the product team to continuously improve the app experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Education: Any graduation degree.
• Communication: Clear and friendly spoken English with Hindi or a regional language.
• Interest: A basic curiosity about money, savings, fintech, or technology.
• Hustle: A start-up mindset, ready to learn fast, take ownership, and grow.

Multipl is positioned as an Investment UPI / Spending Account where eligible spending money can be invested in liquid mutual funds while it waits to be spent. The account is described as not being a traditional savings account, bank account, or current account.
