The Opportunity
Mission Linen Supply has immediate opportunities for Service Management Trainees in state-of-the-art operating plants in California and Arizona. This is a 30-week training program that combines rotations across departments with the support of senior management. Upon completion, you'll be promoted to a management position leading your own route sales and service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a 30-week training program combining rotations through various departments.
- Work alongside senior management and participate in company-sponsored management development workshops.
- Learn the day-to-day operations and all aspects of the business.
- Upon completion, be promoted to a management position leading your own team.
- Learn to direct efforts that maximize new business accounts, deepen penetration of existing accounts, and own account retention.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Previous industry experience is not required.
- Must be willing to relocate during or after training to manage your own team within the first 3 years.
- Computer literacy.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a management role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to provide effective leadership.
- Excellent work ethic.
- High level of organization.
- Demonstrated leadership potential.
- Strong business and customer orientation.
- College degree highly desired.
- Military experience welcomed.

Compensation
- Base salary: $70,304 - $80,000, depending on experience, education, qualifications, and location.
