About the Role

The MAC Administrator role at Infosys Limited focuses on providing end-to-end administration and support for Mac OS devices in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage device provisioning, configuration, software deployment, patch management, and policy enforcement using JAMF Pro/Casper Suite.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Mac OS hardware, software, security, and connectivity issues within defined SLAs.
• Perform system upgrades, OS migrations, inventory management, and compliance monitoring activities.
• Support end users with Mac-specific applications, peripherals, VPN, email, and collaboration tools.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in Mac OS Administration and Support.
• Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro (Casper Suite) for device management and automation.
• Strong understanding of macOS administration, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
• Experience with application packaging, software deployment, patching, and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM), device enrollment, and mobile device management (MDM) concepts.
• Familiarity with scripting technologies such as Bash, Shell, or Python for automation tasks.
• Understanding of identity and access management tools such as Azure AD, Okta, or Active Directory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology.
