About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with mentors and educators during the first year of practice to evolve from a student mindset into a high-functioning professional nurse.
- Completes all structured learning requirements, including simulations and skills labs, to successfully transition into a professional role.
- Participates in residency seminars designed to enhance professional development while effectively managing clinical scheduling and department commitments.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 4 Months (120 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Accepted certifications: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Enrolled in or completion of Nursing program.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required within 6 months hire.
