About the Role

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations, ensuring friendly and personalized service, great food, prompt delivery, and a clean, inviting environment. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, working with management and team members to maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond to customer issues.
• Operate cash registers or point-of-sale devices, and utilize suggestive-selling techniques.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify the accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products.
• Clean kitchen areas, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils.
• Clean dining rooms, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory items.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Work with management to resolve restaurant issues.
• Develop team effectiveness skills and collaborate to achieve team goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Must be 18 years old to work opening and closing shifts.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service work experience is helpful.
