About the Role

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional Compensation:
• Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives
• Premiums (may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35/hour to $3.00/hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.)
