About the Role
The Owner role at Evolve Consulting Group is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting the firm’s strategic direction
- Developing business plans
- Driving growth through client acquisition and relationship management
- Overseeing consulting engagements
- Guiding project teams
- Managing finances and budgets
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of services delivered
- Networking with prospective clients
- Negotiating contracts
- Representing the firm at industry events and professional forums
- Leading internal operations, including resource planning, policy development
- Fostering a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with the firm’s values
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Demonstrated experience in consulting, business management, or professional services leadership
- Ability to oversee multiple client engagements
- Strong strategic planning capabilities
- Strong financial management capabilities
- Strong business development capabilities, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, partners, and team members
- Proven ability to lead teams
- Proven ability to manage change
- Proven ability to build an inclusive, collaborative work environment that supports high performance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Comfort working on-site in the Greater Delhi Area
- Strong local market awareness
- Willingness to engage in networking and community outreach

- High level of integrity
- Readiness to take ownership of firm-wide decisions and long-term growth
