Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates against project requirements.
- Reach out to candidates, explain opportunities and answer questions.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and onboarding.
- Follow up to ensure candidates complete each step on time.
- Maintain trackers and share daily progress updates.
