Sunlight Sports Studio LLP is a dynamic sports equipment retail and marketing powerhouse. We spearhead the creative strategy, digital marketing, and retail activations for iconic global sports brands like Li-Ning and Hundred in India.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to optimize content across multiple digital platforms while maintaining strict brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Cut and polish high-quality video content for digital campaigns, product launches and social media.
• Color Grading: Perform precise color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the premium aesthetic of our brands.
• Motion Graphics: Integrate dynamic motion graphics, typography and basic graphic design elements to elevate visual storytelling.
• Platform Optimization: Format and optimize videos for various platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube and retail displays.
• Collaboration: Work alongside marketers and creators to brainstorm and execute compelling visual concepts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Software Mastery: Proficient in industry-standard editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or Final Cut Pro.
• Technical Skills: Strong foundational skills in video color grading, motion graphics and basic graphic design.
• Core Abilities: Excellent storytelling skills and strong attention to detail.
• Industry Context: A passion for or familiarity with the sports, fitness or retail industry is a major plus.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies or Design is preferred.
• Mandatory Requirement: Applications without a portfolio or showreel link will not be considered.

Compensation & Working Conditions

• Salary: ₹4,00,000 to ₹9,00,000 per year (depending on experience and portfolio).
• Type: Full-time, on-site internship.
• Hours: Standard office hours, Monday to Saturday.
• Flexibility: Expect flexible hours during major festivals, product launches, and sporting events.
