Management Trainee (Path to Customer Success Manager) at Joveo is a high-stakes, advisory role for a storyteller, strategist, and growth architect. You will be a trusted advisor in the recruitment tech space, transforming complex programmatic advertising metrics into ROI narratives and driving Value Realization for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the ROI Storyteller: Transform raw data into compelling narratives that prove Joveo’s impact on a client’s bottom line.
• Command the Boardroom: Own relationships with Director and CXO-level stakeholders, leading strategic sessions.
• Architect Success Playbooks: Design and execute project blueprints for seamless adoption of Joveo’s AI and programmatic solutions.
• Internal Product Catalyst: Act as the voice of the customer, influencing the product roadmap with frontline insights.
• Drive the "Health" Agenda: Monitor account vitals, identify risks, and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Mobilize the Powerhouse: Act as the "CEO of your book of business," rallying cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Sales) to deliver on promises.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management.
• Bonus points for experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or Recruitment Marketing.
• Consultative Approach: Provide world-class advisory that challenges clients.
• Analytical Rigor: Proficient with data analysis tools (e.g., Pivot tables, charts) for clarity and insight.
• Executive Presence: Communicate confidently, concisely, and outcome-oriented with CXOs.
• Ownership Mentality: Self-starting and thriving in high-autonomy environments.
