About the Role
[24]7.ai is hiring for an International Voice Process role, focusing on providing customer support and resolving issues via calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through calls.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Work in rotational shifts (24x7).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).
- Flexibility to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
Qualifications
- Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3) / Any Graduate or PG.
- Age Criteria: 18 years to 35 years.
- Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
- Candidates must be located within 23 km of the office.
Job Details
- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
- Salary: 23000/- to 39000/- (take-home after deductions).
