Associate AI Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role

• Build and ship end-to-end AI solutions on agentic AI platforms.
• Work directly with clients.
• Own work from first commit to production.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Python (strong)
• One more programming language
• Full-stack development (front end + back end)
• Complex SQL
• REST APIs
• A working AI app (e.g., RAG, agent, or LLM integration) that can be demonstrated.
• A GitHub profile with shipped projects.

Good to have:

• TypeScript
• AWS / GCP
• Docker / Kubernetes
• Vector databases
• LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI / LlamaIndex
• LLM evaluation
• MLOps

Qualifications

• 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates.
• Degree in B.Tech, B.E, MCA, or M.Sc CS/IT.

Compensation & Terms

• 6-month paid internship at INR 20,000/month.
• Conversion to full-time at INR 7 LPA CTC.
• 4 years 3 months service agreement (includes internship).
• Relocation to Hyderabad required.

Selection Process

• Ziro assessment (Communication, Technical, AI interview, Coding).
• Company rounds (aptitude, AI screening, project build, in-office hackathon, technical panel, leadership).
