Okphx Guitar Lessons is a growing online music education and technology startup helping students learn guitar through personalised lessons, structured learning roadmaps and a dedicated student dashboard. We are also developing our own guitar learning app to bring useful practice tools and digital learning resources together in one place.

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for motivated Sales Associates to help us grow our student base in the US market.

• Connect with prospective students and generate leads.
• Explain our guitar lesson packages and platform features.
• Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into paid enrolments.
• Track leads and work towards sales targets.

Compensation and Growth

• Earn 15% to 20% commission on eligible paid enrolments.
• Increase your earnings by bringing in more students.
• Opportunity to be considered for a full time position with a fixed salary plus commission after three months based on performance.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills.
• Self-motivation.
• An interest in sales or business development.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Work arrangement: Remote, based in India, serving the US market.
• The initial role is commission based.
