About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Furniture Sales role based in Hyderabad for Galleca_India, a premium furniture brand specializing in bespoke, high-end pieces.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Recommend suitable furniture and accessories.
- Present product features and benefits.
- Demonstrate fabric and finish options.
- Prepare quotations.
- Guide customers through the purchase process.
- Manage showroom displays.
- Maintain product knowledge.
- Coordinate with design and installation teams.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet sales targets.
- Handle basic documentation.
- Support a welcoming, professional showroom environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer-focused, professional attitude
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Retail Sales and general Sales skills.
- Furniture product knowledge and an interest in interiors or design.
- Relevant experience in furniture, luxury retail, or interior decor sales is preferred.
- Prior showroom or store experience is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
