About the Role
This Graduate Engineer Trainee role is for recent Electrical & Mechanical Engineering graduates. Preference will be given to 2026 pass-outs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to read & understand engineering drawings.
- Responsible for Daily Work Management (DWM).
- Interface with suppliers for engineering development related to jigs/fixtures.
- Involvement in daily process troubleshooting and finding solutions.
- Responsible for line balancing, cycle time study, & work distribution.
- Involvement in the improvement of overall equipment efficiency.
- Focus on productivity and quality improvement through Kaizen activities/Ideas.
- Examine training needs and create suitable training documents for departmental personnel.
- Perform patrol inspections as per the control plan and implement action plans for failure areas.
- Involvement in implementing Kaizens.
- Study the process and generate Zero defect ideas.
- Present ideas to management on a monthly basis.
- Involvement in New Lines installation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Degree Focus: Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
Qualifications
- B.Tech (Electrical & Mechanical) pass outs of 2026 will be given preference.
