About the Role
The Junior Consultant will provide clinical support and patient care within Cloudnine’s women, childcare, and fertility services, working closely with senior consultants and multidisciplinary teams. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments.
- Document medical histories.
- Assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Support procedures under supervision.
- Monitor patient progress.
- Coordinate follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with hospital protocols.
- Participate in case discussions and clinical meetings.
- Engage in ongoing training to support evidence-based practice and continual skill development.
Qualifications
- Relevant medical degree (e.g., MBBS) with completed internship.
- Postgraduate qualification or specialization in obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics, or neonatology is an advantage.
- Foundational clinical skills in patient examination, history-taking, diagnosis support, and treatment follow-up, ideally within maternity, pediatric, or fertility care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment, prioritize tasks, and adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards.
- Commitment to ethical, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory patient care, with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hospital operations.
- Basic proficiency with hospital information systems and electronic medical records; openness to learning new clinical technologies.
- Registration with relevant medical council and eligibility to practice in India.
