About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Specialists in Bengaluru and are actively looking for freshers. This role is for graduates who speak and write clear English, enjoy solving problems and helping people, and want to start a career in a global, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Talk with customers and resolve their queries end to end.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Spot patterns in feedback and help improve the support process.
• Track daily metrics and see growth in numbers.

Compensation & Location

• ₹3.2–3.5 LPA fixed + ₹25K–35K variable.
• On-site, Bengaluru.
