Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective students, parents, and relevant education communities through approved digital channels.
• Support lead-generation campaigns by collecting accurate prospect information and maintaining organized records.
• Communicate courteously with potential leads, understand their initial requirements, and share relevant information.
• Follow up with prospects at suitable intervals and coordinate qualified leads with the counselling or admissions team.
• Update spreadsheets or lead-management systems accurately and submit regular activity reports.
• Help develop outreach ideas for Tamil-speaking student audiences and contribute to improving lead engagement.

Requirements

• Open to college students and freshers with zero prior work experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially for engaging Tamil-speaking audiences.
• Comfort with online research, messaging platforms, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and capable of working independently from home.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during the three-month internship.

This is a paid, fully remote internship with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000–₹20,000. The role provides practical exposure to education-sector outreach, prospect management, communication, and lead-generation operations while working with a supportive team.
