• You will work directly with the hiring team and gain hands-on recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen candidate profiles and shortlist relevant talent.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and basic screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Help close open positions within timelines.
• Source candidates from different platforms when required.
• Keep hiring trackers and candidate updates organized.
• Take ownership of assigned roles and ensure they move forward quickly.

• Strong communication skills (spoken & written).
• Quick learner and problem solver.
• Proactive and reliable.
• Good at multitasking and managing deadlines.
• Comfortable talking to people and building connections.
• Resourceful and able to figure things out independently.
