About the Role
We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee who is passionate about Sales and Distribution. The role will support the regional sales team to drive GT (General Trade) Sales, ensure achievement of sales and collection targets, and manage dealer and distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and collection targets.
- Manage dealer and distributor relationships.
- Expand market coverage and retailer network.
- Drive new product sales and promotional activities.
- Ensure effective use of sales systems and processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory and support branch operations.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
