About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Immediate joiners are preferred. Compensation is up to 10 L.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for senior and leadership positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Develop employer branding strategies.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and experience managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Strong capabilities in Interviewing and Screening candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Expertise in Hiring strategies with a focus on attracting top-tier leadership talent.
- Experience in Employer Branding and creating compelling strategies to attract exceptional candidates.
- Knowledge of Recruitment best practices and talent acquisition tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
