Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to UK banking services.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions through calls.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Flexible with shifts and rotational offs.
- Clean EPFO history.
- No notice period & should be available to join immediately.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in International Customer Support / Voice experience is mandatory.
Compensation
- CTC: 4 LPA to 6.6LPA
