About the Role
The Operation Intern role at CargoPanda Logistics is a full-time remote position supporting day-to-day logistics and cold chain operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to tech-enabled logistics and the opportunity to learn core operational workflows in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating shipments.
- Monitor delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate operational records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve delivery issues.
- Track performance metrics.
- Support process improvements.
- Contribute to basic project coordination.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Support communication with customers and vendors.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decisions.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers and partners.
- Sales awareness and customer-focused thinking to support service quality and account retention.
- Operations Management and Project Management skills to help coordinate shipments, track tasks, and support process improvements.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic data tools.

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree (e.g., business, logistics, operations, engineering).
