Business Development Associate (BDA) – Renewals
Location: HSR Layout, Sector 1, Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Market: Domestic
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with existing customers for renewals.
- Handle customer queries and objections.
- Follow up with customers and drive renewals.
- Maintain customer relationships and update CRM records.
- Achieve renewal and sales targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate – Mandatory
- Freshers or up to 6 months of relevant sales/renewals experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong customer handling & follow-up skills
- Personal laptop is mandatory
- Comfortable working with Domestic customers
- Immediate joiners preferred.
