Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, billing cycles, and precise invoicing.
• Ensure strict organizational compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
• High-level proficiency with QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced financial modeling software.
• High-level proficiency in industry-standard accounting software and ERP systems.
