About the Role
The Junior Architect will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, supporting the design and documentation of architectural projects across different sectors. The role involves contributing to detailed design, specifications, and construction documentation, as well as helping track project progress and ensuring adherence to design intent and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with concept development.
- Preparing drawings and 3D models.
- Supporting design presentations.
- Coordinating with senior architects and consultants.
- Participating in site visits.
- Measuring and recording existing conditions.
- Assisting in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Adobe Creative Suite
- MS Office
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Basic understanding of Project Management principles.
- Awareness of Integration between design disciplines (structure, MEP, interiors).
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the appropriate professional body is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and understanding of materials, building codes, and sustainable design principles.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to project needs, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
