About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented procurement professional to lead our Capex & Projects Procurement function, driving strategic sourcing, commercial excellence, cost optimization, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for Capex, project materials, equipment, and services.
• Drive supplier negotiations, optimize procurement costs, and finalize competitive commercial terms.
• Ensure timely material availability to meet project schedules and Target Completion Dates (TCD).
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to strengthen the vendor base.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, Finance, and other internal teams for seamless procurement execution.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering initiatives without compromising quality or project timelines.
• Lead the procurement team while ensuring adherence to procurement policies, approval processes, and contractual requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Expertise in Capex & Projects Procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Strong leadership skills and a results-driven approach.
