About the Role
The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role focuses on supporting healthcare-related projects by applying medical knowledge and practical emergency care skills to technology-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing healthcare workflows.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine software requirements.
- Providing subject matter expertise on clinical and emergency medical practices.
- Assisting in training internal teams and client stakeholders on healthcare protocols, documentation standards, and best practices.
- Clear communication with clients.
- Participating in project meetings.
- Ensuring that solutions align with regulatory and patient safety expectations.
Qualifications
- Healthcare and Medicine skills, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
- EMT and Training skills to support emergency care understanding and deliver structured learning sessions.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams, healthcare professionals, and clients.
- Relevant education in healthcare, medicine, nursing, allied health, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., EMT or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience working in clinical, emergency, or healthcare operations settings, preferably with exposure to technology or digital health solutions.
- Knowledge of patient safety standards, basic healthcare regulations, and documentation practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to contribute to cross-functional project teams.
