About the Role

RTAC is looking for a creative and technically skilled Frontend Developer to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web applications and business software. The role involves translating designs into functional interfaces, improving user experience, and collaborating with backend developers to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend technologies.
• Build reusable UI components and interactive application features.
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional web pages.
• Integrate frontend components with REST APIs and backend services.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance, and accessibility.
• Identify and resolve UI bugs and usability issues.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams throughout development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of Git, browser developer tools, and debugging.
• Awareness of UI/UX principles and web performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Freshers with relevant projects or internship experience are welcome.
