About the Role
- Full-time, on-site role for a Development Manager at SBI LIFE NOLAMBUR BRANCH in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving business growth through strategic planning.

- Recruiting, mentoring, and training team members.
- Supporting field activities.
- Identifying business opportunities.
- Promoting and selling life insurance products.
- Client engagement and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Business development skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Leadership and team management experience, including recruitment, training, and motivation of teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities and devise effective solutions.
- Problem-solving abilities and operational planning.
Qualifications
- Basic Graduation in any Stream.
- Understanding of insurance or financial services industry; knowledge of life insurance products is a plus.
Salary Package
- For DM Role: 3 to 3.5 Lks Per Annum
- For AM Role: 4.2 to 4.7 lks Per Annum
- For SAM Role: 5.7 TO 6.2 lks Plus Added incentive based on Performance
