About the Role
Mind & Matter Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to build a career in Human Resources. This opportunity is for fresh graduates or MBA/PGDM (HR) aspirants looking to gain real-world HR experience.
Location: Kolkata
Work Mode: Hybrid (Kolkata Based Candidates)
Duration: 3 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Support joining, onboarding & employee documentation
- Maintain HR records, trackers and reports
- Assist with employee engagement & HR initiatives
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
- Get hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle
Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates interested in pursuing HR as a career
- MBA/PGDM (HR) candidates or HR aspirants
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Proactive, responsible and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
