Junior HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, campus recruitment, and supporting the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate with colleges and placement teams for campus hiring.
• Assist with placement drives and recruitment activities.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and provide recruitment updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment activities when required.
• Prior recruitment or campus hiring experience is an advantage.
