About the Role
The Unemployed role is intended as an entry-level or trainee position for individuals seeking to begin or resume their careers in the defense and aerospace technology sector. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project teams with documentation, data entry, basic research, and coordination activities across engineering and operations functions.
- Support routine administrative tasks.
- Help maintain records.
- Assist with internal communication and reporting under the guidance of senior team members.
Qualifications
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn about defense, aerospace, RF systems, and anti-drone technologies.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ideally hold at least a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in engineering, science, or related fields is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur.
- Adaptability to structured processes and security-conscious environments.
