About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes.
• Manage processes from customer inquiry and sales order to delivery and invoicing.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts, and process from payment receipt to finalization.
• Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits.
• Monitor existing services to identify opportunities for additional and innovative value to the client.

Roles and Responsibilities (Operational)

• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor.
• Receive detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Decisions impact your own work.
• Act as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• This role may require working in rotational shifts.
