Recruitment Consultant, Entry Level

About the Role

• Entry Level | Full-Time | November Start
• Compensation: $45,000 + Uncapped Commission ($70k-80k 1st year OTE)

Key Responsibilities

• Client Development: Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector. Negotiate agreements and understand their talent needs.
• Candidate Engagement: Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals. Build a pipeline of talent through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• End-to-End Process Management: Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Embrace Technology and Data: Utilize best-in-class tools and data to identify opportunities, track market trends, and enhance outreach.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• OR 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.
