About the Role
The Beauty Advisor – EBO is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role focuses on engaging customers within the exclusive brand outlet, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Kimirica products.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers within the exclusive brand outlet.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Kimirica products (skincare, bath and body, and fragrances).
- Demonstrate product usage.
- Explain ingredients and benefits.
- Ensure a premium, personalized shopping experience aligned with brand values.
- Maintain product displays.
- Manage stock levels on the floor.
- Handle retail sales transactions.
- Meet individual and store sales targets.
- Stay updated on new launches.
- Participate in in-store promotions.
- Provide customer feedback to improve offerings and service quality.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to understand different skin types and recommend suitable products.
- Strong product knowledge and interest in luxury self-care, skincare, and wellness.
- Ability to explain ingredients, benefits, and usage clearly.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage basic POS transactions.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, including weekends and peak retail hours.
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a retail beauty environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
