About the Role

Arham Agencies - India is seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Executive to be based in the Belagavi District. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage existing client accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Meet prospective and current customers.
• Present product information.
• Prepare quotations.
• Follow up on leads to close sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
• Build long-term relationships.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Support overall business development initiatives in the region.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
• Customer relationship and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Basic business and numerical skills, including comfort with pricing, quotations, and sales reporting.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client interactions and follow-ups.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to travel within the region as required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Beneficial Skills & Experience

• Relevant experience in field sales or business development, preferably in the local market.
• Proficiency in local languages.
• Familiarity with the Belagavi District market.
