About the Role
Eurofins BPT-Columbia is seeking an Entry Level Analytical Scientist to join their growing Biochemistry team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on laboratory experience with industry-leading instrumentation in a regulated laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing following established methods, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Generate, review, and document scientific data in accordance with GMP and GLP requirements.
- Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation, including HPLC and GC systems.
- Prepare samples, reagents, standards, and laboratory solutions.
- Accurately record observations and experimental results.
- Support ongoing studies and projects by following established procedures and timelines.
- Collaborate with scientists and laboratory teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Contribute to a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or another related scientific discipline.
- Ability to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
- Academic or industry experience with HPLC, GC, or other analytical instrumentation.
- Exposure to GLP, GMP, or regulated laboratory environments.
- Familiarity with LIMS or electronic laboratory documentation systems.
- Laboratory coursework, internships, undergraduate research, or industry experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new techniques and follow detailed procedures.
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
