This is a full-time, on-site Trainee Engineer role based in Aurangabad. Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day engineering activities.
• Assist in product design and development.
• Understand wiring harness layouts.
• Participate in testing and inspection of components.
• Document technical data.
• Learn relevant standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with production teams.
• Help resolve basic engineering and quality issues under supervision.
• Gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to safety and quality guidelines.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Foundational engineering knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and basic design concepts.
• Basic familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and industrial safety practices, or a strong willingness to learn these on the job.
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools.
• Willingness to learn engineering software (such as CAD tools) as required by projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured processes and instructions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams in a shop-floor environment.
• Relevant educational background, such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Prior internship or project experience in manufacturing or automotive domains is an advantage.
