Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Fresco You’s eco-friendly products
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eco-friendly offerings
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
- Raise invoices for confirmed orders accurately and promptly
- Follow up on deliveries to confirm the order reached the customer
- Handle objections and convert hesitant prospects into customers
