About the Role
BSH Home Appliances Group is seeking a Spare Parts - Supply Chain Management professional in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and align with warehouse/branches for foolproof scrapping of spare parts as per laid down guidelines of BSH, through BSH approved & appointed e-waste management vendor for Liquidation of Scrap / Non-Moving / dead & Excess Inventory as per the Guidelines.
- Monitor spare part consumption trend based on current existing population & seasonality.
- Daily checking on the system Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and taking timely action on releasing Purchase Orders (POs) to respective vendors.
- Monitor service level performance of the supplier, prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, and take timely actions for achieving departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Daily monitoring of warehouse Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and timely action on resolution of pending GRN issues with the factory.
- Monitor end-to-end import forwarding & custom clearing activity with timely pre-alerts to Custom House Agent (CHA) along with required information.
- Daily tracking & updating MIS, checking & preparing custom duty documents & ensuring duty payments in time.
Qualifications
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, specifically related to spare parts.
- Familiarity with e-waste management vendors and liquidation processes.
- Ability to monitor consumption trends and seasonality.
- Proficient in PO processing and vendor management.
- Experience in monitoring supplier performance and achieving departmental KPIs.
- Experience with GRN processes and issue resolution.
- Experience in import forwarding and customs clearing activities.
- Proficiency in tracking and updating MIS reports.
- Skill in preparing custom duty documents and ensuring timely payments.
