Academic Counselor
Location: Gaur City Centre, Greater Noida West
Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Requirement: Candidate must own a laptop.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with fresh leads assigned on a daily basis.
- Understand students' educational goals and provide appropriate counselling.
- Explain courses, programs, and career opportunities effectively.
- Build trust with prospective students and address their queries.
- Guide students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer support are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and own laptop is mandatory.
