Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless implementation of system changes.
- Manage database systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Provide support and training to users on new systems and processes.
- Document system changes and updates for future reference.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Experience in client coordination to ensure project requirements are met.
- Knowledge of database management to maintain and optimize data systems.
Qualifications
- A BBA degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience.
